Stephen leads the procurement and supply chain consultancy arm of trade together, assisting clients in their delivery of complex procurement projects to cost, time and quality with a relentless commitment to driving down cost.
Stephen has over +25 years proven procurement and supply chain expertise having held Director and senior level, commercial, category and supply chain roles across; multiple grocers, national wholesale, global manufacturing and most recently on major public sector procurement and supply chain transition and defence build projects.
Stephen has worked with a broad range of clients and companies including; Ministry of Defence, Leidos Europe, Heinz, W.H.Brakspear, Matthew Clark Wholesale, Coop and ASDA Stores.
Stephen is currently assisting in one of the largest UK public sector build programmes. He is a well-respected figure across the Supply Chain sector, a member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply and he has an Executive MBA from Bath University.

Katie leads the group buying arm of trade together. Working with customers and supplier teams to provide the highest level of service and quality throughout the supply chain, whilst being committed to driving out avoidable costs and maximising margins.
Katie has over 25 years’ experience in retail, wholesale and buying services having held senior retail, brand and national account manager roles in both the on and off trade retail and wholesale sectors. Working with national wholesalers, food and drink manufacturers, retail outlets, national pub groups and restaurant chains. Katies experience allows her to see the full end-to-end picture.

Ian’s Account Development role is key to building long lasting relationships between Trade Together and our partners, understanding what makes their businesses unique so he can identify opportunities to provide cost savings for them whilst maintaining the highest possible standards from their suppliers.
Ian has 20 years of experience working with businesses in hospitality and healthcare sectors amongst others. His extensive experience includes working with staff at all levels within companies to implement significant cost reductions & operational compliance conformity for both national chains and independent sites alike. As companies grow and adapt, Ian’s experience makes him ideal to help them quickly respond to their requirements whilst focusing constantly on obtaining the best possible pricing at all times to maintain and increase profit margins.
Ian has worked in partnership with regional and national chains including Soho House, Nando’s, Stonegate Pubs, Barchester Healthcare and HC-One nursing homes, not to mention many amazing small groups and independent sites.
